Norwalk CT DMV
Full Service
Centers
We went to the Norwalk DMV because it is one of the locations where you can take a motorcycle road test. Even though we were there for awhile, the experience with the Norwalk DMV was rather delightful. Everyone was nice and helpful. Read our experience with How to get a first time Motorcycle License.
We didn't have a problem finding the Norwalk DMV at all.
If you need to renew your Connecticut driver's license. Bring the Photo License Renewal Form (unsigned) that you got in the mail, and your current driver's license. The fee for your new license will be printed on the Renewal Form.
If you haven't realized
it by now, none of the DMV's have phone numbers, they have a Central Telephone
Center that has a recording. So if you need information other than what is on
the recording, you have to go to the DMV.
The Phone Center number is:
860-263-5700 (Within Hartford area or outside of Connecticut) 800-842-8222 (Elsewhere
in Connecticut).
