To renew your Connecticut driver's license. Bring the Photo License Renewal Form (unsigned) that you got in the mail, and your current photo license.
The fee for your new license will be printed on the Renewal Form.
If you haven't realized it by now, none of the DMV's have phone numbers, they have a Central Telephone Center that has a recording.
So if you need information other than what is on the recording,
you have to go to the DMV.

Continue straight and over a
bridge.
At the traffic light, make a left onto Washington Boulevard.
